A white chocolate ganache drip flows over the white chocolate mocha Swiss buttercream frosting with even more white chocolate Swiss buttercream swirls sitting on top. A pool of caramelized white chocolate rocks, dark chocolate crisp pearls and shavings of white chocolate finish it off. Whew!

We start with four espresso cake layers, and brush them with an espresso/rum soak. The cake is filled with espresso buttercream, espresso chocolate crumble, and mascarpone filling. A frosting of espresso buttercream is topped with a cocoa-dusted dark chocolate ganache drip, espresso buttercream swirls and chocolate covered espresso beans. This cake is a true pick me up!
