The four layers are a rich Guinness chocolate cake filled with real whipped cream, Baileys buttercream and Baileys chocolate ganache. Frosted with Baileys buttercream and Baileys chocolate ganache, the cake is topped with white chocolate drip, malted milk balls, buttercream swirls, and our homemade chocolate shortbread cookies dipped in green-tinted white chocolate.
